EDIP Ukraine production calls: October and February deadlines

The USI industrial reinforcement calls have different scopes and budgets. Plan against the relevant topic.

EDIP: expanding production for Ukraine
  • EUR 180m · closes 13 Oct 2026
  • EUR 80m · closes 16 Feb 2027

The Commission lists 13 October 2026 as the first USI-IRA deadline, for missiles, ammunition and bombs, with €180 million allocated. The second, for unmanned and counter-unmanned systems, closes on 16 February 2027 with €80 million.

EU Member State and Ukrainian entities are eligible under this strand. The published maximum EU contribution is €30 million per project in the first call and €10 million in the second. These are ceilings, not promised awards.

For a cross-border project, our first step would be to describe the production bottleneck and each partner’s work. Then check the call conditions, ownership requirements and cost eligibility. Programme summaries should guide that review, rather than replace it.
